刘世丰传道得到他的母会华恩播道会主任牧师蔡金顺牧师的推荐，接任李继荣牧师的邀请成为本堂的主任牧者。

At the recommendation of Pastor Sherman Low’s Senior Pastor Rev Chua Kim Soon from Charis EFC, Pastor Sherman accepted the invitation to take over the Lead Pastor role of Ebenezer EFC (back then known as Ebenezer Community Church) from Rev Abraham Lee on 1st October 2014.

7位弟兄姐妹受洗归入基督及8位孩童们接受奉献祝福礼

7 people got baptised and 8 children received “blessing and rededication”

14位弟兄姐妹受训成为“成长八课”的老师

14 people was trained to conduct “elementary disciple” program

2016年

2016年6月11日 Jun 11th

教会正式得到新加坡社团注册政府机构的批准 (Registry of Society).

Received approval from Registry of Society for Ebenezer’s official registration.

2016年6月26日 Jun 26th

以便以谢弟兄姐妹发挥他们的才华自创自己对于教会的爱及期待写下了12首感人的诗歌并在2016年6月26日主日崇拜发布”以便以谢新歌发表会”。

Ebenezer’s brothers and sisters demonstrated their talents and love for the church by composing 12 very loving and touching songs and it was formally presented to the church in June 26, 2016.

2016年7月 购买崇拜聚会所 July

由于长时间在酒店租用场地，刘传道与理事团队经过整一年时间的讨论研究，最后大家投票一致表决购买目前的聚会场地。感恩多数的弟兄姐妹也积极响应了这次筹款的呼吁，有超过百分之80的弟兄姐妹都在这购堂事上作出奉献及有些教会以外的朋友也以免利息贷款给教会。整个旅程可说是信心之旅。

As a result of a long period of time renting hotel for Ebenezer’s weekly worship, Pastor Sherman and the Board members after a year of discussion and research, voted unanimously to buy our current place of worship. We are thankful to receive very favourable support from the congregation, with more than 80 percent of the members responded positively to the fund raising by their sacrificial giving and friends from outside the church gave interest-free loans to the church. This entire journey is indeed a journey of faith.

2016年7月10日 Jul 10th

刘传道在2016年7月10号举行第一次的会友特别大会 (EGM）。总共有90位弟兄姐妹表明他们愿意加入以便以谢播道会；当中有7位“非活跃”会友，他们是常驻在国外或行动不便。当天总共有75位出席，达到了我们章程所定的法定人数 （quorum）的25%。感谢弟兄姐妹给予刘传道带领的理事会强而有力的支持，投选成绩全部的职位（任期2016-2019年）都通过。

Pastor Sherman called for the first EGM on 7th July 2016. A total of 75 members attended which fulfilled the quorum 25%. A total of 90members had expressed their intention to join as member of the church; out of which 7 of them are considered as “inactive” members owing to their medical condition which prevented them from coming to church on their own. Pastor Sherman is thankful to receive a resounding support to the members for his board members, who voted for all the positions (term 2016-2019).

刘世丰传道按牧为牧师。按牧团成员包括：蔡松佳牧师 (新加坡播道会主席)，吴仲诚牧师（新加坡神学院英文系旧约副教授），蔡金顺牧师 (华恩播道会主任牧师）及 本堂财政邓耀星弟兄 。

Pastor Sherman Low was ordained as Reverend on 14th Jan 2017. The Ordination Council members are: Rev Dr Chua Chung Kai (Chairman, EFCS), Rev Dr Samuel Goh (Associate Professor, SBC), Rev Chua Kim Soon (Charis EFC, Senior Pastor) and Bro Teng Yau Seng (Treasurer, Ebenezer EFC).

感谢神的厚恩，以便以谢在2017年7月1日举办了即隆重又温馨的献堂礼暨就职礼。承蒙创办人李继荣牧师，师母从美国莅临主持及证道，使整个典礼分外有意义。

By the abundant grace of God, Ebenezer EFC dedication cum Installation of Leaders service was held on 1st July 2017. The presence of the church’s founder Rev Dr & Mrs Abraham Lee who arrived from America, to deliver the sermon and officiated the Dedication service contributed to making this service even more meaningful.
